| I do not want to sound like a scrooge or anything, but I am so tired of Christmas shopping. My husband thinks that is strange a woman not wanting to shop, but it is to much hassle. Does anyone else feel that way? |

Your feeling about Christnas shopping is definitely not strange.
I think so many people lose interest because the whole system is skewed.
Why do we feel compelled to do something we really don't want to nor can usually afford?
We seem to be doing things that we don't want to do to satisfy Society.
Is "shopping" necessary to celebrate Giving?
The greatest Asset a person has is their Time & Energy.
How many of us offer these Two Assets to others, during the Holidays or all year.
When was the last time we actually called or wrote those close to us today or in the past, and sincerely listened to and asked how they were, what could we do to help them in any way?
Merry Christmas to all in this Forum and may the Spirit of Giving stay with you all Year.
Whatever you want be sure to Give. |
